Responsibilities
- Working with and editing Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat PDF files
- Utilize internally built software tools to program Forms & Contracts that simplify data entry for our users
- Work collaboratively in a team setting to help build, develop, test, and continually improve our products
- Give and receive constructive feedback in a peer review environment
- Proactively stay up to date on the latest product updates and software releases
- Take ownership of decision-making and utilize data and know-how to make informed choices
Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in a work environment using computers
- Proven experience in working with digitally supplied PDF documents, preferably in the real estate industry or legal sector a plus but not required
- Previous experience executing basic MSSQL commands (Alter Table, Insert, Update, etc.) beneficial but not necessary
- Proficiency in software such as Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office or similar tools
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately convey complex information through design
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of digital forms and e-signature platforms is a plus
- Knowledge of Java script is an asset
Education
- Completion of General Education, supplemented by relevant college or university coursework
- A background in real estate is advantageous and welcomed
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Good verbal and written communication skills when working directly with clients
- Attention to detail and ability to self-pace to produce work free from errors
- Methodically check and test your completed work for accuracy
- Basic understanding of real estate terminology is beneficial but not required
