- Simplify complex workflows and contribute to evolving design systems ensuring consistency across platforms.
- Participate in user research and testing to translate insights into effective product solutions.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Design key product features from concept through delivery.
- Advocate for the SQUIRE user, ensuring designs meet their needs and context.
- Contribute to scalability and evolution of internal design system.
- Participate in brainstorming workshops and discovery efforts to gather insights.
- Partner with Product Managers and team members to conduct usability testing, both async and live.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
- Translate workflows and systems into clear diagrams to support discussion and decision-making.
- Provide design assets to teams supporting marketing and customer engagement, as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 3β5 years of experience in a product design role or similar.
- Proficiency in Figma and collaborative design tools.
- Experience with prototyping and usability testing techniques.
- Strong understanding of interaction design and responsive layouts across web and mobile.
- Familiarity with design systems and interest in contributing to their growth.
- Technical curiosity and ability to work effectively with engineers.
- Portfolio demonstrating mobile and responsive web app design.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with or contributing to design systems.
- Exposure to B2B SaaS product design.
- Motion design or After Effects skills.
- Empathy for customers and teammates, fostering a collaborative environment.
