Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Design key product features from concept through delivery.
• Advocate for the SQUIRE user, ensuring designs meet their needs and context.
• Contribute to scalability and evolution of internal design system.
• Participate in brainstorming workshops and discovery efforts to gather insights.
• Partner with Product Managers and team members to conduct usability testing, both async and live.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
• Translate workflows and systems into clear diagrams to support discussion and decision-making.
• Provide design assets to teams supporting marketing and customer engagement, as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a product design role or similar.
• Proficiency in Figma and collaborative design tools.
• Experience with prototyping and usability testing techniques.
• Strong understanding of interaction design and responsive layouts across web and mobile.
• Familiarity with design systems and interest in contributing to their growth.
• Technical curiosity and ability to work effectively with engineers.
• Portfolio demonstrating mobile and responsive web app design.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with or contributing to design systems.
• Exposure to B2B SaaS product design.
• Motion design or After Effects skills.
• Empathy for customers and teammates, fostering a collaborative environment.
