Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the creative vision and strategy in alignment with the companyβs overall objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure creative solutions meet business and market needs.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas across campaigns and projects.
- Manage and mentor Art Directors, Project Managers, and an Audiovisual Manager to maximize their performance and creativity.
- Assign projects, delegate responsibilities, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture while ensuring professional development.
- Oversee the development of all visual and audiovisual content, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output.
- Review and approve concepts, designs, and audiovisual productions before final delivery.
- Set clear creative guidelines and ensure adherence to branding and messaging standards.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to streamline workflows, allocate resources effectively, and mitigate risks.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality expectations.
- Monitor and evaluate project outcomes to identify areas of improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts to keep creative output fresh and relevant.
- Champion innovative approaches to storytelling and audience engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8-10 years in creative leadership roles, with a proven track record of managing creative teams and large-scale projects.
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field. Masterβs degree is a plus.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of branding, design principles, and audiovisual production processes.
- Proficiency in project management tools and creative software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
