5+ years of product design experience - You've designed and built products from concept to launch
Track record of shipping quality products - Experienced working within cross-functional product and engineering teams to deliver exceptional user experiences
Design mentorship experience - Coached and guided junior designers, helping them grow their skills and careers
Full-stack design expertise - Proven skills across UX research, UI design, and visual design, with ability to deliver production-ready assets developers can implement seamlessly
Embrace of AI and other innovative tools - Curious about and experienced with leveraging AI-powered design tools and emerging technologies
Strong English communication - Fluent in English and able to collaborate effectively with our international team (French is a plus but not required)
