Responsibilities
- Edit and produce short- and long-form video content for social media and digital channels.
- Design motion graphics, titles, and animations aligned with brand identity and visual guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the founders and marketing team to bring creative concepts to life.
- Repurpose and optimize clips from podcasts, Q&A sessions, and interviews for digital storytelling.
- Explore and implement AI-assisted tools to enhance creativity and production efficiency.
- Design static visuals and graphics for use across digital and social campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Video Editor or Motion Graphics Designer.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Creative Suite.
- Strong storytelling and design skills with a sharp eye for visual detail.
- Experience producing content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Curiosity or hands-on experience with AI-powered design or editing tools.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, digital-first environment.
- Excellent English skills; knowledge of German is a strong plus.
Nice to Have
- Background in property tech, real estate, or marketing for service-based brands.
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools (e.g. Runway, Descript, Midjourney).
