About the role
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Growth, Product and Engineering to identify opportunities for optimization across the user journey.
- Design user interfaces, prototypes, and user flows for A/B tests and multivariate experiments aimed at improving key conversion funnels.
- Rapidly iterate on designs based on data, user feedback, and testing results.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user behavior through analytics, user research, and usability testing.
- Translate quantitative data and qualitative insights into testable design hypotheses.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for various platforms (web, mobile).
- Ensure design consistency and coherence across experiments while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Contribute to the team's experimentation strategy and roadmap.
- Clearly articulate design decisions and experiment rationale to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work on web and mobile interfaces.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and experimentation principles.
- Experience working with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude) to understand user behavior.
- Basic understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS) to effectively collaborate with engineers.
- Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups quickly.
Nice to have
- Experience specifically within a Growth team or experimentation-focused role.
- Knowledge of behavioral psychology principles as they relate to design.
- Experience designing for e-commerce or consumer subscription-based products.
- Basic copywriting skills for crafting effective calls-to-action and UI text.
