Responsibilities
- Own design end-to-end, from early concepts to polished interfaces in production.
- Build and maintain systems, patterns, and standards that keep design fast and consistent.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and leadership to align design decisions with company goals.
- Communicate concisely and clearly with teammates, balancing autonomy with collaboration.
- Model resourcefulness by moving fast, finding creative solutions, and navigating constraints.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product design experience, ideally across both SaaS dashboards and consumer apps.
- Strength in interaction design, visual design, and systems thinking.
- Experience designing for technical products, developer tools, or complex workflows.
- Comfort owning design end-to-end as the only designer on the team.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating clear, elegant solutions to complex problems.
- Excited to work in person with the team in San Francisco
