Responsibilities

  • Craft industry-leading system architectures, seamless user flows, usable interaction models, and highly polished visual UI designs.
  • Define product experiences that accelerate sales workflows via prospecting, records management, account planning, and multiple generative AI capabilities.
  • Partner closely with other designers to collaborate and iterate on solutions, and expand our design system patterns.
  • Present well-considered design strategies, concepts and prototypes, and communicate the underlying rationale with confidence to your team and company leadership.
  • Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical considerations to ship well-considered product enhancements that deliver measurable impact.
  • Partner with our Product Managers to conduct customer interviews, gather qualitative and quantitative insights to support your design work, and run usability studies to evaluate proposed solutions.
  • Work with a highly adept team of Product, Engineering, and Marketing partners to advance core product capabilities and bring new insights to streamline user flows.
  • Become an expert in the sales representative persona, their pain points and user needs.
  • Help us co-create a vibrant inclusive design culture co-created by team members from various geographies (incl. US, CZ, IN) and backgrounds, focused on mutual support and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in shaping product visions, creating design concepts, customer journeys, visual UI designs, and crafting interaction details solving complex problems.
  • Experience leading design for a major feature area or vertical independently with a strong informed design point of view.
  • Ability to work autonomously and lead collaborative working sessions and workshops across disciplines to meet project objectives.
  • Skilled in defining new product propositions and solving significant interaction complexity without clear precedent.
  • Experience presenting and explaining work, process, decisions, and rationale to stakeholders and proactively seeking feedback.
  • Ability to adjust process and deliverable fidelity to meet objectives including various design phases from early vision to detailed specifications.
  • Experience working in fast-paced agile teams with outcome-oriented mindset.
  • Participation in and driving research activities to envision novel solutions in undefined problem spaces.
  • Systems thinker utilizing, proposing, and extending shared components, patterns, and interactive behaviors.
  • Passion for refined, elegant, world-class work and improving design processes, methods, and tools.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital product design, UX design, or interaction design for software products; AI workflow-based productivity tool design is a bonus.
  • Service-minded with empathy for customer and colleague needs.
  • Clear and succinct communication across business audiences including senior leadership.
  • Inclusive, transparent collaboration style and strong stakeholder management; experience with distributed teams is a bonus.
