Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the end-to-end design process from research to iteration.
• Distill complex problems into simple and effective design solutions.
• Conduct user research to understand needs and behaviors of members and clinicians.
• Develop user-centric designs balancing business goals, technical constraints, and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to prioritize and refine designs.
• Facilitate co-creation workshops, ideation sessions, and design sprints.
• Test and iterate designs using qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Integrate AI-powered features thoughtfully to enhance usability.
• Advocate for design excellence and contribute to design system and UX/UI standards.

• Proficiency in Figma and understanding of research methodologies.

• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is a plus but not required.
