Position Overview

• Drive the design vision and user experience of the telehealth platform.
• Take ownership of key product initiatives shaping patient and provider experiences.
• Lead end-to-end design process from discovery through delivery.
• Mentor designers and advocate for design excellence across the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Own and lead design initiatives across multiple product areas, setting a high bar for craft and user-centric thinking.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing, Data Analysts, and other stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and UX strategy.
• Conduct or oversee qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points and translate insights into product solutions.
• Lead creation of user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively.
• Maintain and evolve design system and information architecture for consistency, scalability, and accessibility.
• Coach junior and mid-level designers, providing feedback and fostering growth.
• Ensure user needs and accessibility remain central throughout product development lifecycle.
• Establish strong feedback mechanisms to continuously iterate and improve product experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in UX or Product Design, with at least 1–2 years in lead or principal-level role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design across web and mobile applications.
• Proven track record designing B2C products driving user engagement and business impact.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping platforms.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, design systems, and interaction design.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in healthcare, digital health, or regulated industries.
• Background working in fast-paced, early-stage startups.
• Familiarity with Balsamiq, Miro, or user research platforms.
• Enthusiasm for remote-first environment.
