Responsibilities
- Execute exceptional visual craft and interaction design that elevate the premium banking experience through pixel-perfect interfaces and seamless interactions.
- Help shape the vision while executing exceptional user experiences reflecting the premium banking philosophy.
- Design complete experiences, from customer-facing interfaces to internal tools, building the entire ecosystem end-to-end.
- Work across the entire design spectrum: translating requirements into wireframes, detailed interactions, and high-fidelity visual designs.
- Create sophisticated interaction patterns making complex banking workflows feel effortless and intuitive.
- Design with meticulous attention to visual detail β typography, spacing, color, and motion β reinforcing the premium brand.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on interaction concepts, balancing speed with high craft standards.
- Design comprehensive user journeys with thoughtful transitions and delightful moments anticipating edge cases.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering to deliver features showcasing world-class visual and interaction design.
- Contribute to the design system with reusable components maintaining consistency across the expanding platform.

- 6+ years crafting innovative, high-quality consumer products with exceptional visual and interaction design skills.
- Mastery of visual craft: composition, typography, color theory, and creating cohesive design systems.
- Excel at designing fluid, purposeful interactions and micro-animations enhancing usability and delight.
- Design for sophisticated users who appreciate premium experiences and attention to detail.
- Work effectively within established product frameworks while bringing creative solutions and visual refinement.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments balancing rapid execution with uncompromising design excellence.
- Experience with consumer fintech or complex financial products serving professional users.
