Responsibilities
- Concept and design alongside the team, being hands-on in creative work.
- Elevate and evolve the visual brand to remain flexible, scalable, and future-facing.
- Work with growth and analytics teams to build a performance-oriented culture prioritizing results.
- Set the visual bar across all brand work including campaigns, product marketing, CRM, landing pages, paid, OOH, and TV.
- Collaborate daily with creative, growth, product, and marketing leaders to align on strategy, priorities, and execution.
- Define art direction and visual strategy for top-of-funnel campaigns working with copy partners.
- Inspire and guide other designers through example and thoughtful feedback.
- Prioritize diversity, inclusion, and representation in design work with empathy and intention.
Requirements
- World-class design craft with attention to detail in pixel, frame, composition, balance, typography, and storytelling.
- Challenger mindset to push visual, tonal, and conceptual brand boundaries beyond brand books.
- Strong conceptual ability to turn strategy into big visual ideas and cohesive systems.
- Speed and adaptability to move fast, iterate, and balance creativity with business impact and timelines.
- Generate variation early and often while maintaining brand consistency.
- Constantly evolve work reflecting culture, tech, and design trends.
- Fluency in Figma and use of AI tools like Nano Banana and Weavy; familiarity with Blender a plus.
- Collaborative energy, team-owning mindset, generosity with feedback, and comfort presenting and aligning teams.
- View feedback as fuel, refining and elevating ideas through iteration.
- Design with care, empathy, intention, inclusion, and impact.
- 10+ years experience in Design and at least 5 years in Creative or Design Director roles leading high-level campaign work in agency and in-house settings.
Work Mode
- Hybrid: In-person collaboration required at HQ in New York on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with flexible remote work options.
