Key Responsibilities
- Design high-impact assets across ads, landing pages, campaigns, and sales materials that drive measurable results
- Own and evolve the company9;s visual identity, ensuring it9;s distinctive, cohesive, and future-ready across all markets
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and employer branding teams to align visuals with strategic goals and maximize performance
- Translate brand strategy and data insights into creative visuals that engage and convert audiences
- Operate with speed and precision 6 testing, iterating, and refining designs based on feedback and performance metrics
- Create visually compelling materials for internal events, investor decks, and product presentations
- Stay ahead of creative and digital trends to continuously elevate design quality and impact
Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within fast-paced brands, tech startups, or creative agencies
- Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial design that drives performance
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (motion design or 3D experience is a plus)
- Strategic mindset with the ability to connect design execution to broader marketing goals
- Fast, reliable, and detail-oriented 6 able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality
- Strong collaborator who can communicate effectively with marketers, copywriters, and leadership
- Data-driven creative who balances aesthetic excellence with conversion-focused design
- Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus
