Purpose of the role
- Help build the foundation of Proton's future product suite and shape the design function.
- Focus on priority needs of 50,000+ businesses, non-profits, and government organizations using Proton for work.
- Deliver foundational solutions and user-facing features for the B2B ecosystem.
- Work in a lean, nimble team split between Europe and Taiwan operating 24/7.
What you will do
- Design core B2B features such as admin controls, policies, billings, and dashboards.
- Design collaboration features across the Proton ecosystem such as shared resources.
- Help design new B2B products.
- Work closely with product engineers to shape OKRs and prioritize roadmap.
Job requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping digital products at scale (provide portfolio link).
- Extensive experience working with or building design systems.
- Proficiency in web and mobile UI, typography, colour, layout with strong sense of product function impact.
- Ability to articulate and advocate for design decisions effectively conveying complex ideas to stakeholders.
- Keen eye for detail and a strong passion for visual design.
- Bonus: Experience building B2B SaaS products.
