• Lead and grow a team of talented designers while remaining hands-on in your craft.
• Support your team through early discovery, workshops, and problem-solving.
• Set the strategic direction and vision for your product area.
• Shape the design team, raise quality bar, and deliver meaningful outcomes for customers.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and General Manager to define priorities and shape roadmaps.
• Solve tricky product and design problems and unblock teams.
• Create an environment where feedback is open and design quality evolves.
• Act as a champion for design influencing products and culture.
