About You
- 6+ years of product design experience with a focus on Growth.
- Experience in leading onboarding, activation, engagement, or retention initiatives in SaaS or enterprise.
- Strong UX thinking, polished UI, and ability to link work to business and user outcomes.
- Systems thinker comfortable with detail and holistic customer journey.
- Bold, self-directed, action-oriented with curiosity and impact focus.
- Use data, research, and instinct to inform decisions.
- Consider edge cases, accessibility, and interaction details early.
- Foster collaboration and build inclusive design culture.
- Open to learning, feedback, and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Lead design for new user onboarding experiences with intelligent systems and example use cases.
- Create shareable AI-powered templates tailored to roles like HR, Finance, and Sales.
- Highlight templates across various surfaces including SEO-optimized landing pages.
- Work closely with PMs, engineers, researchers, data scientists, and marketers on strategy and execution.
- Experiment, test ideas, and iterate while maintaining usability and quality standards.
- Own ambiguous problems by shaping roadmaps and unlocking new growth areas.
- Contribute to design culture, standards, and system evolution across the organization.
