As a Product Design Lead, you will
- Manage a team of 5+ designers, raise the bar on craft and delivery, and establish practices others benchmark against.
- Define and uphold craft standards and growth paths for the team.
- Lead the end‑to‑end design lifecycle from discovery to high‑quality delivery.
- Partner cross‑functionally to influence product strategy and ensure execution excellence.
- Hire and develop talent to build a team that ambitious designers aspire to join.

- Julien has over a decade of experience across finance, technology, and healthcare.
- Their leadership focuses on personal growth, design excellence, and team collaboration.
About you
- You thrive in challenging environments, take pride in craft excellence, and develop teams that push boundaries.
- You lead by example, make clear decisions, and hold a high bar for quality.
- 5–8 years in Product Design, including 2–4 years leading or managing designers.
- Proven experience managing design teams in fintech, B2B, or similarly complex domains, with strong project references.
- Track record of developing designers, building autonomous teams, and making decisive performance and craft calls.
- Language: Fluent English; French, Spanish, Italian, or German is a plus.
