Responsibilities
- Lead the vision and execution of fan and customer experience across GoFan platform.
- Own complex, high-impact problem spaces from discovery through execution and iteration.
- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and go-to-market teams to expand GoFan's reach and craft user-centric experiences.
- Reframe and visualize the next evolution of GoFan's product vision and brand.
- Drive next evolution of GoFan experience serving new markets while maintaining simplicity and reliability.
- Design seamless, conversion-oriented B2C experiences across event discovery to entry.
- Define and visualize future vision aligning design direction with brand and business strategy.
- Contribute to and evolve design system ensuring consistency, accessibility, and scalability.
- Mentor and provide feedback to other designers to enhance quality and impact.
- Own and evolve end-to-end fan and customer experience across apps, web, and Box Office products.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to explore and define new market opportunities.
- Deliver prototypes, interaction specs, and documentation for smooth implementation.
- Use data, research, and customer insights to validate solutions and inform strategy.
- Collaborate across teams to align design decisions with product vision, technical feasibility, and market positioning.
Requirements
- 5β8 years of product design experience with a portfolio showing strong systems thinking, polished UI, and product impact.
- Proven success designing consumer-facing (B2C), mobile-first, transaction-oriented products.
- Experience leading design for multi-platform products including native apps and responsive web.
- Mastery of Figma and familiarity with design systems and modern workflows.
- Strategic mindset to translate product vision into actionable design direction.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate design rationale and align teams.
- Collaborative approach to deliver cohesive, high-quality user experiences.
