Responsibilities
- Lead design for activation experiences that enhance creator-fan relationships and monetization.
- Translate multi-touchpoint journeys into actionable product flows and strategies.
- Design tools for creators to showcase work that inspires engagement and conversion.
- Activate new fans through features fostering connections with creators they discover.
- Collaborate with teams to scope, iterate, and deliver user-centered solutions.
- Use research, data, and market analysis to inform design direction and validate solutions.
- Maintain high craft standards in visual and interaction design across membership experiences.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience focused on consumer-facing digital products.
- Proven experience designing complex, multi-step user journeys that drive retention, engagement, or monetization.
- Strong visual and interaction design skills emphasizing clarity, simplicity, and detail.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and converging towards clarity through iteration.
- Skilled collaborator building trust and alignment across disciplines.
- Portfolio demonstrating shipped, high-impact work with measurable results.
- [Nice to have] Experience with digital media, subscriptions, community platforms, or e-commerce.
