Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of products to create new design patterns melding traditional finance with crypto.
• Design solutions for unprecedented questions faced by institutional users of digital assets.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on customer research and develop strategic design solutions.
• Lead large, strategic, and complex projects impacting Anchorage's success.
• Break down complex projects into manageable initiatives and prioritize team work.
• Drive alignment across Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
• Communicate complex issues clearly and influence vision, mission, and strategy.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to develop product strategies.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience designing complex enterprise products.
• Knowledge of financial and crypto products.
• Ability to define strategy and solve complex challenges across iOS and web.
• Ownership of design process with holistic thinking and clear articulation of decisions.
• Deep understanding of usable, accessible, scalable modular designs.
• Excellent communication and leadership in cross-functional environments.
• Experience collaborating with product managers and engineers.
• Ability to give, receive feedback and guide other designers.
• Compelling design portfolio demonstrating quality work and design thinking.

Bonus Points

• Experience designing for crypto or finance sectors such as banking, settlement solutions, or asset custody.
• Experience designing for institutional users in digital finance space.
