Responsibilities

- Conduct first-hand research and engage with users to understand their needs, wants, and context
Requirements
- Proficiency in graphic design and interactive tools like Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
- Knowledge of UX/UI, graphic design, and illustration; app design is a plus
- Understanding of customer experience, behavioral sciences, and marketing principles
- Familiarity with design principles, user experience, user interface design, and design systems
- Enthusiasm for varied design projects and challenges
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with a strong willingness to learn
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and hands-on approach
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with humility
- Interest in sustainability, green energy, and improving peopleβs lives
- Bonus: experience with animation tools such as After Effects and SVGator
