The Role

• Work as a Senior Product Designer on the Core Experience team to shape the Hone Health patient app.
• Transform complex medical information into clear, engaging product experiences.
• Focus areas: global IA, patient onboarding, home, messaging, scheduling, consult experience.
• Collaborate across product lifecycle to concept, test, and refine solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Partner strategically with product management, engineering, design leadership on patient application design.
• Explore divergent concepts, converge and build iteratively towards vision.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Lead/conduct user research and data analysis for user-centered designs.
• Contribute to the Design System.
• Advocate design by sharing work and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Inspire team with innovative ideas and next-generation interfaces.
• Lead workshops, brainstorming, design thinking exercises.
• Help shape design team culture and lead innovation with user-centered processes and tools.

Qualifications

• 6+ years consumer product design experience in agile teams.
• Outstanding portfolio showing typography, interaction, visual design foundations.
• Highly proficient with design/prototyping tools (Figma, Photoshop, etc.).
• Excellent visual design craft and communication skills.
• Healthcare/healthtech experience is a plus.
