Responsibilities
- Build, evolve, and maintain brand systems (templates, guidelines, components, iconography) adopted across products and teams
- Translate brief/Figma handoffs into production‑ready assets with clean typography, layout precision, and file hygiene
- Design with motion in mind, creating layered styleframes and files that anticipate movement for seamless animation handoff
- With consistency across touchpoint and breakpoints, ship multi‑format campaigns: web, social, email, event collateral
- Define and maintain sub‑brand frameworks for ecosystem initiatives
- Create partner enablement kits (tooling, usage rules, asset specs) to scale brand quality in the ecosystem
- Collaborate tightly with Design, Ecosystem, and Media on narrative, visual hierarchy, and system‑level consistency
- Establish clear pipelines: briefs, milestones, review/handoff checklists, export standards; reduce cycle time and rework
- Proactively identify brand/UI debt; propose solutions and lead refactors without heavy hand‑holding
- Ensure accessibility by default (color contrast, legibility, reduced‑motion fallbacks) and pass audits for public surfaces
- Track adoption and performance of assets; iterate based on feedback and measurable outcomes
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in brand/graphic design, with a portfolio spanning campaigns, events, merch, web/UI, and system thinking
- Mastery of Figma and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop; confident with exports, color management, and production specs
- Strong typographic craft, composition, hierarchy, and consistent spacing/grid discipline
- Motion literacy with performance‑friendly techniques and restraint
- Operational rigor: time management, stakeholder coordination, crisp communication, and thoughtful rationale
- Self‑directed, ownership‑oriented, and outcome-driven in a high‑throughput environments
Nice to Have
- Motion: After Effects, Jitter, Rive, Lottie, UnicornStudio; Blender/Spline for lightweight 3D
- Web: Webflow/Framer or front‑end literacy to smooth design‑to‑dev collaboration and handoff
- Web3 or developer‑focused brand experience; agency or startup background
- Experience with event/experiential design and scalable production workflows
How You Work
- Quality bar: You sweat details—type scale, spacing, motion timing, focus/hover states, empty/loading/error variants
- Systems thinking: Prefer reusable patterns over one‑offs; advocate for consistency at scale
- Pragmatic craft: Balance elegance with delivery; choose approaches that optimize for user clarity and maintainability
- Autonomy: Plan, communicate, and execute without constant guidance; escalate only when necessary
- Collaboration: Work tightly with design/engineering, welcome feedback, and provide constructive critique with clear reasoning
