The Role
- Own end-to-end design for high-impact areas from brief to launch
- Design live, data-rich experiences for events, group/team streams, and second-screen use
- Define scalable interaction patterns for stories, stats, and video across multiple brand and sponsor contexts
- Create prototypes using Figma, Framer, or lightweight code to communicate intent with motion
- Collaborate closely with PMs and engineers to frame problems and ship solutions quickly
- Contribute to our multi-brand design system while following WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines
- Partner with external agencies, data teams, and content/broadcast teams to align vision and execution
- Push for excellence in design culture, continuously sharing and refining practices
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience designing complex, high-quality software products
- Experience designing across multiple surfaces (web, mobile, OTT)
- Strong systems thinking and interaction detail ownership
- Fluent in prototyping using Figma and complementary tools like Framer, Lovable, v0, or basic code
- Compelling visual storytelling and clear design decision rationale
- Autonomous operator with high agency and self-direction
- Portfolio showcasing shipped products and UI/UX depth
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience designing for live sports, media, or OTT platforms
- Experience with Lottie or Rive for motion handoff
- Multi-brand design system expertise
- A passion for sport or live events
