The Reporting & Analytics team
- Build dashboards, visualization systems, and performance tools connecting data to outcomes.
- Evolve toward AI surfaced personalized insights and optimization opportunities.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for analytics and reporting experiences.
- Define the long-term vision for data and insights delivery.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data teams.
- Evolve and scale design systems for complex data visualization.
- Prototype future-forward concepts including predictive analytics and AI-assisted workflows.
- Mentor and collaborate with other designers.
Your Expertise
- 6+ years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS, analytics, or data-rich environments.
- Deep expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and visual storytelling for complex data.
- Experience designing data visualization systems or tools that clarify complexity.
- Familiarity with AI-driven experiences is a strong plus.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with high-quality execution.
- Passion for making performance data meaningful and inspiring.
