Responsibilities
- Develop creatives for paid channels Meta Google LinkedIn with a strong focus on testing hypotheses and improving CAC and CVR
- Plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests for ads creative concepts headlines CTAs formats and messaging
- Build creative frameworks and testing matrices to scale winners and retire underperformers quickly
- Design and optimize landing pages with a conversion-first mindset using data from heatmaps analytics and funnel behavior
- Develop visual and structural templates for lifecycle emails nurturing flows and outbound sequences
- Create testable design hypotheses based on data Prioritize experiments using impact vs effort and performance goals
- Collaborate with Performance Marketing Growth and Product Marketing teams to design launch and analyze tests
- Document learnings and build a growing library of insights to scale across regions
- Maintain a performance-focused design system that supports rapid iteration without sacrificing quality
- Work with PMM and Paid Media on messaging frameworks and creative angles per segment industry or channel
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in performance design paid media creatives CRO or growth-focused design
- Strong portfolio showing LPs ads experiments creative iterations and measurable impact
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with testing tools Google Optimize VWO Convert HubSpot tests or equivalents
- Solid understanding of funnel mechanics CRO principles and experimentation frameworks
- Analytical mindset Able to read data identify insights and turn them into creative tests
- English proficiency for daily collaboration with US MX and BR teams
