The Role

• Own end-to-end experience of diagnostics and treatment product discovery and purchase
• Report to Head of Product Design
• Collaborate with design, product management, engineering, clinical, and marketing teams
• Improve patient experience and outcomes

Primary Responsibilities

• Partner strategically with product management, engineering, and design leadership
• Explore divergent concepts and iteratively build toward vision
• Work across user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Create outstanding marketing assets such as images and iconography
• Provide creative and art direction to external partners
• Advocate for design with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
• Participate in workshops and design thinking exercises

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in consumer product design in agile environments
• Portfolio showcasing design for consumer products, ecommerce, and marketing
• Highly proficient with design and prototyping tools like Figma and Photoshop
• Strong visual design craft and excellent communication skills
