Responsibilities

  • Define & Execute the Design Vision - Spearhead the companyโ€™s overall design directionโ€”merging user experience principles with captivating visual design to create cohesive, on-brand products.
  • Build & Maintain a Figma Design System - Develop and continually refine a scalable design system in Figma, ensuring visual consistency and efficient implementation across all product components.
  • Champion Design Best Practices - Establish and uphold UX/UI standards, guiding the core SaaS productโ€™s interface and user flows to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally - Partner with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business objectives into intuitive designs, from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups.
  • Lead User Research & Validation - Plan and conduct user interviews, usability tests, and feedback sessions, leveraging insights to refine both the experience and visual appeal of all features.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years in UX/UI or Product Design: Proven track record in creating and implementing user-centered designs, with at least a few years in a leadership or senior capacity.
  • Portfolio of Strong Visual Design: Demonstrated proficiency in crafting engaging user interfaces and maintaining consistent brand aesthetics.
  • Expert-Level Figma Skills: Experience in building, scaling, and governing a robust design system within Figma.
  • SaaS Environment Experience: Familiarity with designing for SaaS products, especially enterprise or B2B solutions, is highly desirable.
