Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Art Directors and Developers to create and refine display and social creatives for a variety of clients.
- Lead design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring creative solutions align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Develop innovative, reusable templates and design systems to streamline workflows and maximize efficiency.
- Apply motion design and animation techniques where needed, producing dynamic and engaging content.
- Contribute to the ideation and concept development of campaigns, providing creative feedback and solutions for complex challenges.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all deliverables while managing multiple short- and long-term projects.
- Mentor and collaborate with junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and process improvement.
Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Brand Designer, Visual Designer, or Art Director.
- Are proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD) and design tools such as Figma.
- Have a strong understanding of design principles, visual hierarchy, and layout best practices.
- Bring excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills to articulate design concepts clearly.
- Have experience in digital advertising, HTML5, dynamic advertising, and motion design (preferred).
- Excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful creative outputs.
- Can produce high-quality design deliverables with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Are able to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Align creative decisions with user needs and business objectives.
- Are comfortable working with a rotating shift schedule.
