Responsibilities
- Be the design voice in a lean, high-velocity Growth squad tasked with improving activation, adoption, retention, and revenue metrics
- Ship experiments testing hypotheses around onboarding, feature adoption, or revenue-generating experiences
- Partner with PM and Engineer to identify friction points and design solutions
- Contribute to the squad’s operating cadence of hypothesis → design → test → learn
- Own the end-to-end design process for growth initiatives across web and mobile
- Run A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize user flows
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes matching design fidelity to the question
- Collaborate with the Design team and UX Researcher while operating semi-autonomously
- Help shape the experimentation culture by documenting learnings and advocating for bold ideas
Requirements
- 3-5 years of product design experience within B2B, SaaS
- 2+ years designing for growth (onboarding flows, activation loops, retention features, paywalls)
- Portfolio showing experiments run, metrics moved, and iteration based on results
- Experience working in fast-moving environments with frequent shipping and learning
- Ability to articulate business case and connect design to metrics
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building conviction through small experiments
- Strong communication skills across engineers, PMs, and executives
- Generous feedback giver and receiver
Bonus Points
- Experience with Figma, Amplitude/Pendo, Jira, and user research platforms
- Background designing for SMB SaaS or CRM products
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows
- Comfort working in a fully remote, distributed team
- Familiarity with animation tools such as Lottiefiles or Jitter
