Your challenge in the team
- Create and improve multichannel customer service experiences within RD Station Conversas to enhance the operators' journey efficiency.
- Empower support teams, eliminate operational frictions, and deliver faster, clearer, and more effective user interactions.
- Strengthen essential client success journeys, remove product value perception friction, and reinforce strategic feature value to generate real business and user impact.
Main deliverables
- Lead design process within your squad, from discovery to prototyping, validation, and delivery.
- Collaborate with PMs and engineers to structure and validate hypotheses and support co-creation, experimentation, and usability testing.
- Translate technical and business requirements into intuitive and accessible experiences connected to user journeys.
- Collect evidence through qualitative and quantitative tests and research to ensure technical feasibility and solution value.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical areas to promote alignment and shared understanding.
- Analyze usage, engagement, and conversion metrics to propose continuous experience improvements.
- Present ideas and defend design deliveries based on data and customer value.
Profile we seek
- Good experience as Product Designer in digital products with mastery of Figma, Miro, prototyping and documentation tools.
- Experience with SaaS products and digital marketing concepts.
- Knowledge in UI Design focusing on accessible, consistent, and visually attractive interfaces.
- Ability to conduct user research, map journeys, identify opportunities, and validate hypotheses.
- Familiarity with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and multidisciplinary team collaboration.
- Systemic vision to analyze problems and propose creative and viable solutions.
- Curiosity about technology, quick learning, and good written and verbal communication.
- Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity and short validation cycles.
