Responsibilities
- Be the guardian of our creative process β in front of clients, and in collaboration with our design and production teams
- Lead conversations with clients about our process β what to expect at each stage, and what is needed from them
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with client services, creative leadership, design, production, project management and QA at every stage of the process
- Be on the lookout for areas of risk or friction, and take action to resolve issues within the process
- Share knowledge of best practices within digital advertising and content with clients, as it relates to our product and process.
- Advise, review and critique design outputs at all stages of the Smartly creative process.
- Know our product inside and out, and how clients can use Smartly with their own creative guidelines to get the most out of their campaigns.
- Explain complex topics β such as creative production techniques β to clients who may not have any design experience.
Requirements
- Have minimum 5 years experience in digital advertising or studio management.
- BA or BFA in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
- Are knowledgeable of the capabilities of HTML5 and principles of dynamic advertising is a must.
- Are knowledgeable of best practices in digital marketing and advertising.
- Are familiar with popular social media platforms.
- Have experience working with designers and creative teams.
- Are knowledgeable of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and other industry standard tools
- Have excellent presentation and communication skills
- Are skilled in the art of prioritizing and managing work and resources across engagements based on short- and long-term needs.
