Responsibilities
- Design high-quality, user-centered monetization experiences across upgrade flows, trial paths, paywalls, pricing surfaces, and lifecycle touchpoints.
- Work from concept to production, delivering thoughtful UX, polished visual design, and prototypes.
- Contribute to design system patterns for growth and monetization use cases.
- Design and refine experiments across acquisition, activation, and expansion funnels, collaborating on hypotheses and success metrics.
- Partner with engineers for accurate implementation of flows and components.
- Analyze user behavior and experiment outcomes, iterate to improve conversion, engagement, and retention.
- Create prototypes that express intent and visualize monetization paths.
Team Contribution
- Share craft guidance with peers focusing on clarity, hierarchy, persuasion, and friction reduction.
- Partner with research, data, and product teams to enhance experimentation quality and user value insights.
- Contribute to a culture of design excellence where growth intersects product experiences.
Influencing Decisions
- Reframe problems across entire funnels to identify where value is earned or lost.
- Facilitate workshops or sessions related to pricing, packaging, and upgrade opportunities.
- Collaborate with product, research, and data science to define success metrics and interpret experiment outcomes.
- Advocate balancing growth goals with long-term user trust and product quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience with complex digital products, ideally in SaaS or product-led growth environments.
- Experience designing conversion, onboarding, monetization flows, lifecycle surfaces, or growth-related UX.
- Exceptional visual clarity, spacing, motion, and interaction craft.
- Strong interaction design skills with attention to visual polish and hierarchy.
- Ability to design within systems considering cascading design decisions.
- Experience partnering with product and data teams to interpret behavioral insights and experiment data.
- Curiosity and proactive problem solving including exploring edge cases and anticipating constraints.
- Deep empathy for diverse users with commitment to clarity, accessibility, and inclusive experiences.
- Strong communication skills to aid cross-functional user-centered decisions.

- Experience with pricing, packaging, or monetization surfaces.
