About the role
- Reporting to the Senior Manager, Real Estate Operations
- Support architectural documentation and workplace design initiatives across active office projects and existing portfolio
- Hands-on role ideal for applying technical skills in a real-world corporate real estate environment
- This is an in office position Monday - Friday at Toronto Headquarters
In This Role Youโll Have the Opportunity to
- Support the creation of architectural documentation by conducting field verifications and accurately drafting up-to-date AutoCAD floor plans for existing office spaces
- Assist in test-fitting exercises, space utilization analysis, and creation of preliminary design layouts
- Provide dedicated administrative and technical support during Schematic Design and Design Development phases of office projects
- Help compile presentations, design narratives, and finish/material boards to communicate design concepts to stakeholders
- Support the team in managing information flow and tracking deliverables with external consultants
- Assist with project coordination tasks including maintaining trackers, organizing files, and monitoring deadlines
What youโll bring
- High proficiency in AutoCAD is required
- Experience with Revit or other 3D modeling/visualization software is a significant asset
- Strong foundational knowledge of architectural drawings and design and construction project phases (SD, DD, CD)
- Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail for floor plan documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex spatial and design information clearly
- Proactive, independent, adaptable work ethic comfortable with managing competing priorities in a dynamic team
