Responsibilities
- Creating animated 2D or 3D animation videos using After Effects
- Creating assets in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Using Essential Graphics
- Following storyboards and production scripts, providing feedback to improve
- Communicating frequently with the project team via Slack and email
- Receiving and incorporating feedback during the process
- Organizing assets in a Udacity standard file structure
- Working as part of a team taking direction from senior animators, producers, and content designers
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience with After Effects
- Familiarity with Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Experience with character or diagram animations using 3D software/plugins such as C4D, Maya, Blender, 3DS Max, and Element 3D
- Familiarity with shape layer animation
- Experience with layout and typography
- Good eye for spacing, timing, and design with ability to follow a style guide
- Access to Adobe Creative Cloud
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Track record of successful remote work
- System requirements: Windows 7,8,10 or Mac OS, minimum 16GB RAM, dedicated GPU with minimum 4GB
