Responsibilities
- Design hypothesis-driven experiences focused on understanding and improving activation funnels across the product
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to understand user habits and needs
- Drive discovery work to uncover hidden insights on user behavior
- Partner with designers, product managers, engineers, content designers, design systems, and researchers to improve and refine the Calendly experience
- Effectively communicate your design approach with strong storytelling, to inspire and align the cross-functional team to move in new directions
Requirements
- 5+ years building and delivering experiences for digital products in product-led B2B or B2C companies
- 2+ years defining and designing growth experiments focused on different parts of the user funnel
- A strong portfolio of design work that delivers customer and business value
- Expert design storytelling with an ability to communicate design solutions to leaders and peers
- Values being an active member of the design team, collaborating, providing feedback, sharing expertise, and mentoring
- Understanding of the levers that balance business goals, team processes, and user needs
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States without immigration sponsorship
Work Conditions
- This is a hybrid role with an expectation of working in San Francisco office 2 times per week
- Role may require occasional travel for company events, team collaboration, or offsites
