Responsibilities
- Lead the full product design lifecycle focusing on optimizing the growth funnel, including onboarding, paywalls, feature adoption, and cross-sell motions.
- Design for experimentation by framing work as testable hypotheses and multi-variate tests (A/B/n) with measurable impact.
- Conduct and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to identify friction points and growth opportunities.
- Drive design strategy by identifying and championing high-leverage design opportunities based on data analysis.
- Accelerate iteration and deliver Minimum Viable Tests (MVT) to optimize designs rapidly based on performance.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional product design experience with 3+ years in Product Growth, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), or metrics-driven B2B/SaaS environment.
- Portfolio showcasing user-centered design process applied to growth challenges, including A/B testing, experimentation cycles, and measurable business outcomes.
- Proven data fluency collaborating with analysts, using tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics.
- Expertise in Figma or equivalent tools for wireframing, prototyping, and production-ready specs.
- Demonstrated leadership with experience mentoring and providing design direction to mid- and junior-level designers.
- Deep understanding of interaction design, visual design, and information architecture.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence cross-functional partners using data and design rationale.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a high-speed agile environment.
