Areas of Accountability
- Lead end-to-end product creation for Womenβs category, including strategy and roadmap ownership.
- Translate category strategy, customer insights, and business goals into a focused product pipeline.
- Define product briefs, success metrics, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Use data and feedback to refine product direction continuously.
- Lead product design from concept to final approval, ensuring brand alignment and innovation.
- Oversee selections of color, fabric, and trim to maintain commercial appeal.
- Manage development timelines ensuring quality, fit, margin targets.
- Collaborate with sourcing and production to resolve constraints efficiently.
- Own SKU lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond, optimizing for performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to manage product revisions and improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- 5-7+ years experience in apparel product design & development.
- Knowledge of fabrics, textiles, fit, and scalable manufacturing.
- Understanding of development calendars, costing, and production constraints.
- Experience working with overseas vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams with prioritization and accountability.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience leading high-performing teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and focus on continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-growth DTC or omnichannel brands.
- Experience improving planning tools and reporting frameworks.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: $160K-$180K + bonus.
