Job Description
We're building the foundation of a strong brand and design-oriented culture at Tremendous. As our senior brand designer, you will have the opportunity to help us define our brand and visual style going forward. There's no shortage of projects. Weโre in the early stages of figuring out how to present ourselves to the world and are quite excited to tie all of the pieces together.
You will
- Work with the marketing team to design an array of digital and print assets, including landing pages, ads, events, blog covers, and emails
- Work with marketing and design to transform concepts into visual executions
- Build design systems for marketing channels that can scale for growth
- Shape and grow our brand identity across multiple channels
- Work with contractors when necessary, whether weโre working with an illustrator or passing off new landing pages to a dev shop
- Own projects from kickoff through completion, collaborating with other members of the team when necessary and incorporating feedback into thoughtful final assets
You have
- 5+ years experience building visual brand at tech companies
- 2+ years experience in startup environments as a brand designer
- A strong portfolio showcasing brand experience across a range of mediums
- The ability to own a project from start to finish, working autonomously, but welcoming feedback and collaboration
- Strong writing skills, because weโre a documentation-first company
- Excellence in typography, color, layout, and composition
- Strong skills around critical thinking and storytelling
- Proficiency in Figma & Adobe Creative Suite
- A keen understanding of design principles and current web technologies

- Bachelorโs degree in Graphic Design or a related field, but not required if sufficient experience and portfolio exists
