Responsibilities
- Design and execute a full range of research methods including ethnographic interviews, usability testing, A/B testing, surveys, diary studies, and card sorting.
- Balance Qualitative insights with Quantitative rigor to create a holistic view of user behavior.
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, frequently interacting with external stakeholders to validate hypotheses and understand tool impacts.
- Facilitate workshops and research sessions directly with clients and their customers.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
- Translate research findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for Product Managers and Leadership.
- Work closely within a cross-functional Triad (Product, Design, and Engineering) to ensure user insights are integrated into development.
- Collaborate daily with teams across the US, UK, and India, considering cultural nuances and global use cases in designs.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in User Experience Research, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or eCommerce environments.
- A portfolio or case studies demonstrating research process, mixed methods, and impact on final products.

- Experienced in both Quantitative and Qualitative research methods, knowing when to apply each effectively.
- A strong presenter capable of telling persuasive stories with data to influence leadership and clients.
- Comfortable analyzing usage metrics and combining them with user sentiment to build business cases.
- Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating with diverse teams in the US, UK, and India.
- Organized in managing asynchronous communication effectively.
