- Product Designers at Smartly lead product development and collaborate with Product Managers to improve products.
- Conduct discovery and research interviews with industry advertisers.
- Design cutting edge AI powered experiences and maintain design systems.
- Work closely with PMs and developers to help customers achieve goals.

- Shape the product experience for Smartly platform with cohesive, high-quality user experience.
As a Senior Product Designer, You Will
- Design intuitive products and features delivering early value.
- Develop and iterate on seamless UI/UX.
- Interact directly with customers to validate design solutions.
- Collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, and Designers to build and scale design systems.
- Deliver great end-to-end user experience for various customers.
- Mentor and coach junior designers.
What We Are Looking For
- 5-8 years of product design experience, ready for senior role.
- Confidence leading the design process end-to-end.
- Passion for product discovery, UX research, and customer interviews.
- Experience in Marketing Tech or AdTech.
- Team spirited and growth oriented.
- Beneficial: front-end development or vibe coding experience.
- Ability to work onsite in Helsinki at least three days per week.
