Role Responsibilities
- Build and run a localization engine that turns US creative into international ready assets fast, with strong QA across translation, layout, tone, and compliance.
- Create performance creative for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snap and iterate quickly based on results.
- Develop market native concepts and executions that go beyond translation while still feeling on brand.
- Own UGC first creative production, turning raw creator and customer footage into high performing ads with strong hooks and retention frameworks.
- Partner with Paid Media to feed winning creator assets into paid, test variants, and scale what works.
- Support international retail launches with geo targeted creative activations and in market moments.
- Deliver localized onsite creative for international markets and launches and keep it aligned with paid narratives.
- Build repeatable playbooks, templates, and systems so international creative scales without chaos.
- Design inside EFSA and GDPR constraints without killing performance or brand voice.
Requirements
- 5+ years of design experience with strong performance marketing work
- Experience localizing creative across multiple countries, ideally EU plus at least one English speaking market like UK, Canada, or Australia
- Ability to build and iterate paid social creative that drives outcomes, not just pretty brand assets
- Strong UGC or short form video editing experience and understanding of hooks, pacing, and mobile first best practices
- Highly organized and able to manage a high volume of assets, versions, and approvals
- Ability to collaborate cross functionally and communicate clearly across time zones
Bonus
- Experience in regulated categories like health, supplements, or claims heavy products
Tools and Skills
- Figma required, strong typography skills and modular template building
- Video editing in CapCut, Premiere, After Effects or similar with ability to create many variants quickly
- Comfortable producing statics and video for paid, organic social, landing pages, and email
- Experience building localization workflows with translators or VAs, including version control and language QA
- Familiarity with Shopify and web creative modules is a plus
