Responsibilities
- Design exceptional end-to-end early customer experiences based on qualitative and quantitative data to drive customer and business outcomes
- Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on innovative concepts to validate hypotheses and drive in-product onboarding, activation and expansion
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering to explore complex customer journeys and leverage emerging developments in AI to identify potential solutions
- Regularly engage with customers to develop a thorough understanding of their needs and pain points
- Proactively collaborate with other teams to untangle complex technical and user experience dependencies
- Deliver high-quality designs and specs to clearly communicate product design requirements for engineers
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Experience driving work focused on onboarding, activation, and/or expansion
- History of shipping features with a high bar for craft and leveraging AI in the design process
- Ability to communicate, design, and document thoughtfully with specific audiences in mind
- Build effective partnerships with engineering, product and other cross-functional partners
- Proactively seek out and consider feedback to continuously improve work and skills
- Bias towards action working on complex products at a high growth, scaling company
- Curiosity and openness to growth, building fluency in emerging technologies like AI
