Responsibilities

  • Design exceptional end-to-end early customer experiences based on qualitative and quantitative data to drive customer and business outcomes
  • Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on innovative concepts to validate hypotheses and drive in-product onboarding, activation and expansion
  • Partner with Product Management and Engineering to explore complex customer journeys and leverage emerging developments in AI to identify potential solutions
  • Regularly engage with customers to develop a thorough understanding of their needs and pain points
  • Proactively collaborate with other teams to untangle complex technical and user experience dependencies
  • Deliver high-quality designs and specs to clearly communicate product design requirements for engineers

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience driving work focused on onboarding, activation, and/or expansion
  • History of shipping features with a high bar for craft and leveraging AI in the design process
  • Ability to communicate, design, and document thoughtfully with specific audiences in mind
  • Build effective partnerships with engineering, product and other cross-functional partners
  • Proactively seek out and consider feedback to continuously improve work and skills
  • Bias towards action working on complex products at a high growth, scaling company
  • Curiosity and openness to growth, building fluency in emerging technologies like AI
