Responsibilities
- Partner with Designers, Account Directors, and Project Delivery Managers to develop initial design concepts for clients.
- Refine and evolve designs based on client feedback and internal creative direction within timelines.
- Create designs that adhere to client brand guidelines.
- Take ownership of work ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and adherence to design standards.
- Contribute to the design system and creative library, pushing creative boundaries.
- Collaborate on projects with other designers.
- Present ideas and design concepts to the Creative Services team.
- Familiarize with broader studio work to continue learning from other designers.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, software, AI agents/software and share insights.
- Be self motivated, proactive, excited to acquire new skills and share with the team.
- Provide feedback and knowledge-sharing to enhance team design skills.
- Create training materials or tip guides to develop design studio capabilities.
- Understand software to provide design recommendations aligning with software capabilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of visual layout and user-centric design.
- Solid understanding of branding and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and organisational skills.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Skilled in After Effects and knowledge of motion principles.
- Experience in UI/UX projects using Figma and WordPress.
- Knowledge of Wordpress, HTML and CSS is an advantage but not required.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a graphic designer, agency or in-house environment.
- Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
