About the role

• Join the Search team to improve member experience finding doctors in their area
• Drive UX for core user journeys including search initiation, search results, doctor profiles, and booking flows
• Own UX behind the AI chatbot and pioneer AI features
• Work onsite in New York City office three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday)

Responsibilities

• Own the UX of Garner’s search and chatbot experience
• Plan and conduct UX research to build empathy and inform strategic planning
• Drive UX strategy and vision for the Search Area
• Partner with product to shape strategy and scope
• Collaborate closely with engineering for flawless delivery

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience shipping consumer-facing products, including mobile on iOS and/or Android
• Proven ability to drive UX strategy and deliver elegant experiences
• Expertise in user research with impact on strategy and product direction
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity
• Refined aesthetic sense focused on simple, engaging experiences
• Excellent communication skills tailored to product, design, engineering stakeholders
• Humble, user-focused approach and openness to feedback
• Ability to provide constructive feedback that builds trust
• Passion for improving the healthcare system
