Responsibilities
- Build compelling and user-focused experiences on Zello.com with Marketing and Sales to acquire and convert enterprise leads
- Partner with Product and Engineering to improve and grow Zello's web-based products such as Management Console and QR Assist
- Improve usability, accessibility, and information architecture across all Zello experiences, including iOS and Android
- Lead collaborative discovery and research on customers, end-users, and environments, then translate findings into clear opportunities and principles
- Facilitate ideation sessions and other workshops to align cross-functional teams on real opportunities and generate a variety of potential solutions
- Own design efforts from lo-fi to hi-fi and support QA efforts through release
- Utilize AI tools to increase efficiency and quality in the design process
- Publish content on Zello.com and related sites
- Contribute towards and improve Zello's Design System
