Responsibilities
- Create, refine, and iterate on significant new products and features for AI-backed support and support operations.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Help clarify problems, shape solutions, and your work will have a measurable impact on our business.
- Mentor other designers and play an active role in growing the craft of product design and improving UX team culture.
- Deeply understand our users and lead critical research to build understanding of user needs with colleagues.
- Be the steward of our product experience by designing major experiences and creating intuitive, durable patterns.
- Improve our visual and interaction design contributing to the design system and collaborating to enhance industry standards.
About you
- 5+ years experience in B2B software design, excited to work in complex domains, and skilled in distilling ideas into useful primitives.
- Zero to one mindset, eager to iterate quickly in a collaborative environment balancing scope, speed, and quality.
- Calm under pressure and able to steer teams and projects toward efficient outcomes.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, able to quickly get up to speed in active projects.
- Hungry and motivated to build something exciting and meaningful, with an understanding of what great looks like.
- Customer driven, passionate about talking to users and organizing projects around user needs.
- Detail oriented with skills in designing complex workflows, interactions, data visualization, and thoughtful visual design.
- Technically curious and AI cognizant, with aptitude for web front-end technology and effective collaboration with engineers.
- Comfortable designing for the system, confident with Figma, and accustomed to designing reusable, extensible web components; React experience is a bonus.
