Responsibilities
- Help clients clarify and enhance business objectives through design.
- Plan and execute UX research on small scale projects.
- Collaborate with client design groups on design systems, brand adherence, and accessibility standards.
- Facilitate workshops and creative problem-solving sessions.
- Support Design and Technical Leaders in project execution and delivery.
- Collaborate with client teams.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of commercial experience at a senior product designer level.
- Deep knowledge of user interface design for web apps, mobile applications, and enterprise software.
- Experience in the full product design lifecycle including UI design, user journeys, personas, and prototypes.
- Ability to drive a user-centered design process with customers and development teams.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Miro and Figma.
- Understanding of modern web technologies constraints and possibilities.
- Experience in user testing and product evaluation on a small scale.
- Experience delivering in an agile environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.

- Design Director Interview: 45 minute Zoom discussion focusing on design approach and portfolio.
- Technical Assessment: 3 hour live whiteboard session on Zoom with team assignment.
- Potential additional client interview depending on project.
