• 8+ years of product design experience, including 3+ years managing teams on complex, technical, or builder-oriented products.
• Systems thinker with technical fluency, able to partner with engineers and understand system architecture.
• Experienced in leading teams through significant product or strategy shifts while maintaining quality and morale.
• Strong cross-functional partner who influences strategy and co-owns outcomes with product and engineering.
• Team developer with operational strength in setting expectations, providing feedback, and fostering growth.
• AI-fluent, embracing AI to accelerate design work and reshape product experiences and design processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Workflow design team with clear goals, metrics, and coaching.
• Shape Workflow Zone strategy, defining automation building evolution and unifying code, no-code, and AI.
• Drive design quality and cohesion ensuring a unified builder experience across products.
• Champion operational excellence through zone rituals and proper design support processes.
• Navigate technical complexity across infrastructure and user-facing experiences.
• Build scalable and reliable workflows maintaining usability as complexity grows.
• Advance AI-enabled design practices to speed exploration, testing, and identifying customer opportunities.
