Job Overview

• Lead design for complex enterprise features including discovery, workflow definition, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping using AI tools.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to create accessible and performant interfaces.
• Create and refine UX deliverables such as user flows, prototypes, specs, and documentation using AI tools.
• Own and advocate for the user experience ensuring user needs guide design decisions.
• Apply modern UX, UI, and AI-assisted expertise to elevate usability and implementation quality.
• Investigate problems independently and turn challenges into actionable design directions using AI tools.
• Influence product strategy by framing problems and presenting design recommendations.
• Partner with engineering to provide clear, implementation-ready workflows using tools like Figma Make, Bolt, and Cursor.
• Contribute to and improve the design system for consistency and scalability.
• Mentor and elevate other designers through critique, coaching, and knowledge-sharing.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years of UX/Product Design experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS environments.
• Expert understanding of UX processes, interaction design, and end-to-end workflows.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design for complex systems and translation of business/user needs into solutions.
• Experience conducting user research and applying findings; familiarity with AI-assisted research synthesis is a plus.
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Framer, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop with AI features experience.
• Deep experience with design systems at scale.
• Strong communication and storytelling to present design rationale to varied audiences.
• Proven ability to operate autonomously and manage multiple workstreams in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and component libraries (e.g., React).
• Ability to craft creative solutions within existing frameworks and constraints.
• Experience collaborating with and influencing US-based teams.
• Comfort using AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, documentation, or research.

Education & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field preferred.
• Portfolio showcasing visual design, interaction design, and user-centered problem-solving work required.
